All of you have stories of the challenges you face. In this session, share your stories, if you wish, and learn about how to live the challenge of having a food allergy with both caution and calm. We'll discuss why that's so important to your confidence and enjoying life.

Jeanne Herzog, Ph.D., is a lifespan psychologist in private practice in Wisconsin. She holds a master’s degree in developmental psychology from Columbia University in New York, and a doctoral degree in counseling psychology from Marquette University in Milwaukee. One of her specialties is the field of health psychology; helping people with the psychological adjustment to health and medical conditions, including having a severe food allergy. Dr. Herzog focuses on the emotional stress of living with a food allergy and helps children, teens and adults, and the families that support them, create safety plans for emotional health to deal with that stress.
